Parish Mission Statement
Our Lady of Fatima
Byzantine Catholic Church

is a welcoming, pan-ethnic Christian community under the protection of Our Lady, the Holy Theotokos. Our members join us from a variety of cultural backgrounds to offer praise, honor, and worship to the Most Holy Trinity according to the life, liturgy, and calendar of the Eastern Christian church.

Inspired by the Russian liturgical and spiritual tradition, we are a parish of the Roman Catholic arch-diocese of San Francisco, administered by the Order of Friars Minor Capuchin.

We at Our Lady of Fatima Byzantine Catholic church
commit ourselves to:

• fostering a rich, authentically Orthodox liturgy and life while maintaining full communion with the pope of Rome.

• educating ourselves and our Western Catholic (and other Christian) sisters and brothers to the beauty, riches, and wisdom of the diverse traditions present within the full communion of Catholic churches.

• rendering prayer for and good works to our less fortunate brothers and sisters in the local Bay Area community.
